You should receive an email or text message within 72 hours of your portrait session in hospital, which includes a link to order your Free 8 x 10 Digital Keepsake. 

After ordering your Free Digital Keepsake online you will receive a 2nd email or text message with a link to choose your pose and download your Free Digital Keepsake. 

Please check your that you received these notifications, including in your email's "spam" and/or "promotions" folder.  

* We have found that when someone informs us that they have not received this email communication, 95% of the time the emails can be found in these folders. We recommend you check these folders first before attempting to contact us.
